Description: An heirloom classic, first introduced in 1955. Henry Bockstoce’s enormous, fully double flowers are up to 8″ wide and almost as high. The rich, ruby-red petals are rounded and lightly ruffled, giving the blossoms a loose, tousled look. This fragrant and reliable garden performer blooms early in the peony season and makes a lovely cut flower.
